Konto und Daten löschen — IQ Mogged

Diese Seite beschreibt, wie Sie Ihr Konto in IQ Mogged und die damit gespeicherten Daten löschen — direkt in der App oder, falls Sie keinen Zugriff mehr haben, per E-Mail.

In der App löschen

Öffnen Sie IQ Mogged.
Gehen Sie auf den Reiter Profil.
Tippen Sie ganz unten auf Konto löschen.
Bestätigen Sie die Rückfrage.

Die Löschung erfolgt sofort und ist nicht widerrufbar. Ein Konto anzulegen ist ohne Anmeldung möglich, das Löschen ebenso — Sie brauchen dafür weder Passwort noch E-Mail-Adresse.

Wenn Sie nicht mehr in die App kommen

Haben Sie das Gerät verloren oder die App bereits deinstalliert, schreiben Sie an privacy@socialix.ai. Nennen Sie darin Ihren @Benutzernamen — nur damit lässt sich das Konto eindeutig zuordnen. Wir löschen es dann für Sie.

Was gelöscht wird

Mit dem Konto werden alle zugehörigen Zeilen dauerhaft aus unserer Datenbank entfernt:

Ihr Profil, Ihr Benutzername und Ihr Anzeigename
Ihre Freundesliste und alle offenen Freundschaftsanfragen
Ihre Ergebnisse der Tagesrätsel und Ihre Level-Ergebnisse
Ihre Push-Kennungen und die noch nicht zugestellten Benachrichtigungen
Von Ihnen ausgesprochene Blockierungen und Meldungen

Was nicht gelöscht wird, und warum

Ihr Kauf beim App Store bzw. bei Google Play. Ein getätigter Kauf gehört zu Ihrem Apple- bzw. Google-Konto, nicht zu Ihrem Spielkonto. Wir können ihn weder einsehen noch löschen. Wenden Sie sich dafür an Apple bzw. Google.
Daten auf Ihrem Gerät. Fortschritt, der nur lokal liegt, verschwindet mit der Deinstallation der App.
Rechnungsunterlagen, soweit wir handelsrechtlich zur Aufbewahrung verpflichtet sind.

Eine darüber hinausgehende Aufbewahrungsfrist gibt es nicht: gelöschte Kontodaten werden nicht archiviert und nicht in Sicherungen weitergeführt, aus denen sie wiederhergestellt würden.

Nur einzelne Daten löschen

Sie müssen nicht das ganze Konto aufgeben, um Ihre Push-Kennungen loszuwerden: Schalten Sie in Profil → Erinnerungen die Erinnerungen aus. Damit wird die geplante Erinnerung auf dem Gerät entfernt und die gespeicherte Push-Kennung auf unserem Server gelöscht. Das Konto bleibt unberührt.

Delete your account and data — IQ Mogged

This page explains how to delete your IQ Mogged account and the data stored with it — in the app, or by email if you no longer have access.

Delete in the app

Open IQ Mogged.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account at the bottom.
Confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. Creating an account needs no sign-in, and neither does deleting one — no password and no email address are required.

If you can no longer open the app

If you lost the device or already uninstalled the app, write to privacy@socialix.ai and include your @username — that is the only way we can identify the account. We will then delete it for you.

What gets deleted

Deleting the account permanently removes every associated row from our database:

your profile, username and display name
your friends list and any pending friend requests
your daily-puzzle results and your level results
your push identifiers and any notifications not yet delivered
the blocks and reports you made

What is not deleted, and why

Your purchase at the App Store or Google Play. A purchase belongs to your Apple or Google account, not to your game account. We can neither see nor delete it — contact Apple or Google for that.
Data on your device. Progress held only locally disappears when you uninstall the app.
Accounting records, where commercial law requires us to retain them.

There is no further retention period: deleted account data is not archived and is not carried forward in backups from which it could be restored.

Deleting only some data

You do not have to give up the whole account to remove your push identifiers: turn reminders off under Profile → Reminders. That removes the scheduled reminder on the device and deletes the stored push identifier from our server. The account itself is untouched.
